     Kenneth Wayne Spradlin Kenneth Wayne Spradlin, 49, of Spout Spring, passed away on December 23, 2015. He is survived by his mother, Katherine Elder Spradlin; a brother, Larry K. Spradlin and wife, Becky both of Lynchburg; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Reginald R. Spradlin. Wayne graduated from Appomattox County High School and was owner of K&S Auto Stop. A special thanks to his friend, Heather for her care of Wayne during his illness. He will be missed by many.3 He was born on January 21, 1966 at Georgia.1,2 He married Lisa Renee Campbell, daughter of Norman Woodrow Campbell and Shirley Mae Chenault, on August 29, 1987 at Campbell Co., Virginia.1 Kenneth Wayne Spradlin and Lisa Renee Campbell were divorced on September 18, 1989 at Appomattox Co., Virginia.2 Kenneth Wayne Spradlin died on December 23, 2015 at Appomattox Co., Virginia, at age 49.3

     Jean Carol Carter was buried at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, Appomattox, Appomattox Co., Virginia.4 She Jean Carter Chenault, 83, of Acorn Drive, passed away February 10, 2021 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Donald G. Chenault. Born in Lynchburg, March 22, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Etta Gentry and Berkley Sanford Carter. She was a member of Old Concord Presbyterian Church. Jean and her husband owned and operated Gold Coast T-Shirt for 25 years in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is survived by four children, Ricky Martin and wife, Tammy of Appomattox, Donald Chenault, Jr., and wife, Frances of Coral Springs, FL, Freda Broderson and husband, Aric of Appomattox and Mark Chenault and wife, Kelli of Williston, FL; one brother, Ronnie Carter and wife, Gail of Appomattox; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, James “Buddy” Berkley Carter.3 She was born on March 22, 1937 at Appomattox Co., Virginia.1,2,3 As of November 1, 1969,her married name was Chenault.1 She married Donald Grey Chenault Sr., son of Vernon Beauregard Chenault and Elizabeth Catherine Overstreet, on November 1, 1969 at Appomattox Co., Virginia.1,3 Jean Carol Carter died on February 10, 2021 at Appomattox, Appomattox Co., Virginia, at age 83.3
