She was a member of the Virginia State Golf Association and Westminster Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her daughter, Susan S. Miles and her husband, Scott, of Richmond; one sisters, Charlotte Weathers of Roanoke Rapids, N.C; one granddaughter, Monica Miles of Richmond and a special niece, Carolyn Coleman of Lynchburg. Interment will follow in Presbyterian Cemetery. on December 30, 2012.²
