Moore circa 1950.^2,3,5 Mary Alyce Raby died on September 27, 2016 at Knoxville, Knox Co., Tennessee, at age 82.^3,6 She Mary "Alyce" Moore, age 82, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord September 27, 2016. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and was a retired lab director with IT Corporation. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Danny Ray Moore; parents, Frank and Jeanette Raby; and sisters, Sarah Lumpkin and Wilma Raby. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Charles Moore; daughter, Diane Jones and husband, Roger; grandchildren, Kim Jones, Brad Jones and wife, April, Chad Moore, and Heather Moore; great-grandchildren, Lakyn, Keaton, Mia, Adley, Breylen, Brooke, and Samantha; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Jeanette Raby; sister, Jewell Ellis, daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Moore; as well as several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff of Amedisys Hospice and Nurse Nicki Stuffle for the excellent care received. Family and friends will meet 1:45 p.m., Friday, at Lynnhurst Cemetery for interment. on September 28, 2016.³
