Zumwalt, June 6, 1936 - Aug. 2, 2020. Jack was born on June 6, 1936 to Sylvia and Earl Zumwalt. He graduated from Crooked Oak High School in 1955. Jack enjoyed OU Sooner sports. He is preceded in death by his parents; his sisters Pauline Friese and Edna Zumwalt and his brother Zeke Zumwalt; 2 sons Darrell Zumwalt and Zane Zumwalt; granddaughter Lindsey Terry; and 2 great grandsons Dylan and John. He is survived by his 4 daughters, Cheryl Zumwalt, Ginger Coale, Vickie Zumwalt and husband Steve, Kim Johnson and husband Larry, 8 grandkids and 17 great grandkids. David was employed by the film industry. He was an avid fan of the University of Tennessee! David was preceded in death by his parents. David is survived by his wife, Lisa, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Shirley P. Whitlock and Carl L. Whitlock; his brother, Jimmy Lyons (Lynn); sisters Piper Shaw ("Polar Bear"), and Leslie Mundy (Larry); sister-in-law, Cindy Johnson (Chris Rheinschild); aunt and uncle, Ramona and Al Cross; nieces Erica (James), Hannah, Traci (Chad), Dawn, Halley, and Jordan; great nieces Savannah, Skylar, Sayge, and Alyssa; nephews Nick (Brandy) and Wells; and great nephews Hunter, Jackson, Logan and Jase.
