She graduated from high school and then earned an associate degree in Business Administration from Lansing Community College. She married Richard D. Goings, and he preceded her in death on February 16, 2011. Ronnie worked for the United States Postal Service for 27 years, and she retired as Superintendent of Building Services from the Lansing Post Office. Ronnie was a member of Saint Ann Catholic Church in Bellevue. She enjoyed being outdoors, reading, traveling, and horses. She is survived by her children; Keith Boyd of Lansing, Penny Franklin of Cortez, Colorado, and Jacqueline (James) Finley of Bellevue; grandchildren, Frances Franklin, Joshuah Jones, and Melanie Cheney; and several great-grandchildren; a sister Florence of Raleigh, North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; Siblings Edward, Sonny, Rosemary and Helen.¹ She was born on December 13, 1934 at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.¹ As of circa 1983,her married name was Goings.² She married Richard Dale Goings, son of Floyd Clifford Goings and Edna Bell Hovey, circa 1983.^1,2 Veronica A.
