Born on February 27, 1980 in Princeton, he was a son of the late David Wayne Havens (1958-2017) of Rock and Rhonda Harding of Old Fort, NC. He had been a lifelong resident of Sandlick and was a graduate of Montcalm High School. He was a former employee of King Tire. He was an active follower of football and basketball and was a founder of the Montcalm Little Generals. He was preceded in death by two brothers, David Wayne Havens (Deceased) and Chadrick Havens (Deceased). Survivors in addition to his parents include his wife, Melissa Morris-Havens of the home; his son, Zachary Havens of the home; his daughters, Brooklyn Havens of the home and Christina Havens-Neece of Bluefield; his grandson, Kohen Neece; and his sister, Deidrea Havens-Burkett of TN. Burial will follow at the Brown family cemetery in Ingleside.2 He was born on February 27, 1980 at Princeton, Mercer Co., West Virginia.2 He died on July 13, 2017 at Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 37.2
