Also surviving are his parents of Martinsville; one daughter, Meranda Twigg of Toledo; three brothers, David and Jeff Veach, both of Martinsville, and Eric Veach of Marshall; one grandmother, Evelyn VanHouten of Martinsville; and one great-grandmother, Leah Reed of Casey. Mr. Veach worked at the Heartland Pork Co. in Kansas. He attended the Martinsville First Baptist Church. on August 7, 2001.⁴
