     Sharon Diane Harris Sharon Diane Harris Zimmerman, 80, of Thomasville, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020, at her home. Born March 16, 1940, in Detroit, Michigan, she was a daughter of the late Harmon Harris and the late Blossom Lovitky Harris. Sharon was a registered nurse. She is survived by her son, Frank Zimmerman of Elizabeth City, NC; daughters, Lisa Bontempo (Steve) of Elizabeth City, NC and Marci Holder (Michael) of Thomasville; sisters, Rebecca Toby of Michigan and Sheila Domian (Bob) of California; grandchildren, Daniel Beacham, Bryan Beacham (Aaron), Kyle Beacham (Vanessa), Katelyn Beacham, Alyssa Holder (Anita), Joseph Holder, Britney Zimmerman, Sarah Zimmerman, and Isaiah Zimmerman; great grandchildren, Charles, Zayne, Kynlee, Landon, Caden, Gracelynn, Adalee, and Lyam. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, CW04 Frank Zimmerman USCG Retired.³ Her married name was Zimmerman.² She married Frank Matthew Zimmerman.^2,3 Sharon Diane Harris was born on March 16, 1940 at Detroit, Wayne Co., Michigan.³ She died on December 10, 2020 at Thompsonville, Benzie Co., Michigan, at age 80.³

     Frank Matthew Zimmerman was buried at North Myrtle Beach Memorial Gardens, Myrtle Beach, Horry Co., South Carolina.^1,4 His Social Security Number was 261-66-4924.³ He married Sharon Diane Harris, daughter of Harmon Hye Harris and Blossom Lovitky.^1,5 Frank Matthew Zimmerman was born on September 13, 1942 at Panama City, Bay Co., Florida.^1,2,3,6 He died on May 8, 1990 at Carolina Shores North, Brunswick Co., North Carolina, at age 47.^1,2,6 He ZIMMERMAN - Frank Matthew, 47 of Carolina Shores North, died Tuesday, May 8, 1990 at his residence. Mr. Zimmerman was born in Panama City, FL, the son of the late Frank Carl Zimmerman and Esther Hawsman Zimmerman. A graduate of Anderson High School. He retired from the U.S. Coast Guard as a Chief Warrant Officer III after 23 years service. Mr. Zimmerman was a member of the Chief Petty Officer's Association, the Warrent Officer's Association, and was a former Navy League Man of the Year. He was owner and operator of Sharon and Friends Gift Shop. Surviving are his wife, Sharon Harris Zimmerman of Calabash, NC, a son Frank Carl Zimmerman II of North Myrtle Beach, two daughters Mrs. Lisa Kay Beacham of Elizabeth City, NC and Miss Marci Lynn Zimmerman of Calabash, NC, one sister Miss Sandra Lee Zimmerman of San Francisco, CA and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10 A.M., Saturday from the Chapel of McMillan-Small Funeral Home with Father George F. Moynihan officiating. Burial wil follow in North Myrtle Beach Memorial Gardens. on May 12, 1990.¹

     Otareta Shaw was buried at Saint Johnstown Cemetery, Greenwood, Sussex Co., Delaware.^2,1 Her Social Security Number was 221-14-7040.³ Her married name was Nichols.¹ She married Nelson Warren Nichols Sr., son of Ezekiel Birdine Nichols and Lula Alma Collins.¹ Otareta Shaw was born on January 8, 1923.^2,3 She died on July 30, 1975 at Sussex Co., Delaware, at age 52.^2,1 She LINCOLN - Services were held on Saturday at the Flelschauer Funeral Home in Greenwood for Otareta S. Nichols, 52, of near Lincoln, who died July 30 at her home after a long Illness. Mrs. Nichols, a nurses aide at the Lewes Convalescent Center, was presented a citation in 1964 by the Delaware Safety Council for pushing several children out of the way of an oncoming car while serving as a school crossing guard near her former home in Collins Park. She was brushed by the car which she realized wouldn't be able to stop in time. She is survived by her husband, Nelson W. Nichols Sr; four sons, Roger Breeding of North Carolina, Nelson W. Jr. of Greenwood, and William L. and Robert L., both of New Castle; four daughters, Alma Seward of Smyrna, Margaret Rhoat of Florida, Virginia DeVincentis of Greenwood and Midred Miller ot Lincoln; Her mother, Margaret Riccio of Wilmington; a brother, Collins C. Shaw of New Jersey; and 20 grandchildren. Interment was in St. Johnstown Cemetery in Greenwood. on August 7, 1975.¹

     William L. Nichols Sr. was buried at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, New Castle Co., Delaware.^3,4 His Social Security Number was 221-36-3561.⁵ He was born on August 30, 1950.^5,4 He married Deanna Unknown circa 1971.³ William L. Nichols Sr. died on January 16, 2011 at New Castle, New Castle Co., Delaware, at age 60.^3,5,4 He William L. Nichols, Sr. - Age 60, of New Castle, DE, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 16, 2011. Mr. Nichols worked as an electrician at Printpack for 29 years. He was a member of the Bowlerama 500 Club, he enjoyed his fish pond, working in the yard and mastered in woodworking. Mr. Nichols is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Deanna G. Nichols; son, William L. Nichols and wife Valerie; daughter, Deena M. Nichols; 3 brothers; 5 sisters; 2 grandchildren, Cheyenne and John; 2 great grandchildren, Gionna and Natalia; and his pal, Max. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson and Otareta Nichols. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, January 21, in the chapel of Gracelawn Memorial Park. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. on January 19, 2011.³
