     Brian Edwin Wimmer Brian Edwin Wimmer, 41, of Princeton passed away in his sleep at home on Sunday morning, April 14, 2019. Brian was handsome, strong-willed, and charismatic, but, most of all, well-gifted with a generous heart. His family, friends, and multiple strangers benefited from his generous heart. He will be always missed by his parents, Bruce and Rita Wimmer; his beloved brother, Joshua and sister-in-law Erika; niece, (ham sandwich) Livia; nephew, Vonn; and maternal grandmother, Odessa Martin. Brian's most important person in his life was his son, Brandon. Brandon rocked his world and meant everything to him. Brandon's heart is just like his daddy's and that made Brian so proud. Brian has several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and he had assured us that every one of them was important to him and that he loved them all. His friends were his friends for life through thick and thin, and Brian was always there if needed. Brian was a lover of literature from kindergarten until his last day. He read hundreds of books from Dante to Hemingway to poetry. He placed value on every book and one of his favorite pieces of poetry was "IF" by Rudyard Kipling. Brian was a 1996 graduate of Princeton Senior High School and a camper salesman for Jennings RV Sales. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Lake "Ted" Jennings, Jr; and paternal grandparents, Earl and Virginia Wimmer.³ He married Amada Unknown.¹ Brian Edwin Wimmer was born in November, 1977.⁴ He died on April 14, 2019 at Princeton, Mercer Co., West Virginia, at age 41.³

     Joseph Everett Jones Jr. was buried at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Bluewell, Mercer Co., West Virginia.^10,8 His Social Security Number was 232-58-9472.⁷ He and Arlene Louise Miller were divorced.¹¹ Joseph Everett Jones Jr. was born on April 8, 1936 at McComas, Mercer Co., West Virginia.^3,7,10,12,8 He married Arlene Louise Miller on March 1, 1960 at Tazewell, Tazewell Co., Virginia.³ Joseph Everett Jones Jr. died on August 13, 1999 at Bluefield, Mercer Co., West Virginia, at age 63.^7,13,10,12,8 He Joseph E. Jones, Jr., 63, of Route 2, Box 336, McComas, died Friday, Aug. 13, 1999, at a Bluefield hospital. Born on April 8, 1936, at McComas, he was a son of the late Joseph E. and Bertha Gilmore Jones. He had been a resident of McComas all of his life and was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith. He was a bus driver having retired from the Mercer County Board of education with 18 years of service and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was also a former coal miner. Survivors include two daughters, Ruth Sexton and husband William E., of Bluefield, Va., and Melody Akers and husband Philip of Princeton; one son, Mark Jones and wife Sherry of North Carolina; one sister, Barbara Hall of Sandlick Road, Bluefield; and three grandchildren. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Sandy River District of the American Legion Post #175 and the Mercer County Veterans Council. on August 15, 1999.⁸

     Barbara Jean Jones was buried at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Bluewell, Mercer Co., West Virginia.⁷ Her Social Security Number was 236-04-0104.⁸ She was born on July 9, 1932 at McComas, Mercer Co., West Virginia.^4,8,7 As of April 30, 1949,her married name was Hall.⁴ She married Elbert Lee Hall on April 30, 1949 at Tazewell, Tazewell Co., Virginia.^2,4,5,7 Barbara Jean Jones died on January 26, 2010 at Bluefield, Tazewell Co., Virginia, at age 77.^8,9,7 She Barbara (Sissy) Hall, 77, of Sandlick, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 26, 2010. She was currently a resident of Westwood Health Care in Bluefield, Va. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a member of Deliverance Temple Church. She was born July 9, 1932 in McComas and was the daughter of the late Everett Jones and Bertha Gilmore Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Hall; along with brothers, Charles Jack Jones and Joseph E. Jones, Jr. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors include daughters, Linda Shinault and husband Jerry of Bluefield, Brenda Kirby and husband Freddy of Duhring, Ann Neice and husband Frank of Bluefield, and Becky Brown and husband Randy of Bluefield; grandchildren, Karen Bailey, David Roberts, Lauren and Lindsey Brown; three great-grandchildren, Hannah, Olivia, and Isaac Roberts of Oklahoma. Graveside services will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell. Pallbearers include Conley Coins, Ken Kirby, Johnny Jones, Matt Thompson, Mike Eden, and Johnny Peeples. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Kirby, Toby Poore and Shirley Brown. on January 27, 2010.⁷

     Elbert Lee Hall was buried at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Bluewell, Mercer Co., West Virginia.⁵ His Social Security Number was 232-42-8795.⁴ He was born on March 10, 1929 at McComas, Mercer Co., West Virginia.^2,3,4 He married Barbara Jean Jones, daughter of Joseph Everett Jones Sr. and Bertha Mae Gilmore, on April 30, 1949 at Tazewell, Tazewell Co., Virginia.^1,2,5,6 Elbert Lee Hall died on October 19, 1987 at Bluefield, Mercer Co., West Virginia, at age 58.^4,7,5 He Elbert L. Hall, 58, of Box 326, McComas, died Monday in a Bluefield hospital. Born in McComas, he was a son of the late Richard Hall and Ollie Kimmons Hall. He was a member of the Protestant Faith and a resident of McComas for 58 years. He was a retired, disabled coal miner. He was a member of the UMWA. He was preceded in death by one sister, Juanita Southern. Survivors: wife, Barbara Jean Jones Hall of the home; daughters, Mrs. Freddy (Ann) Kirby of Duhring, Miss Linda Hall of Bluefield, Mrs. Tommy (Brenda) Roberts and Mrs. Randy (Becky) Brown, both of Sandlick; brothers, Lacy Hall of Newport News, Va., Lester Hall of McComas, Dallas Hall of Bluefield, Johnson Hall of Eden, N.C. and Jimmie Hall of Phoenix; sisters, Shelva Travis of Eden and Evelyn Peeples of Bluefield; grandchildren, Karen Hall of Bluefield and David Roberts of Sandlick. Graveside services will be at the Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell. on October 21, 1987.⁵

     Arlene Louise Miller and Joseph Everett Jones Jr. were divorced.² Arlene Louise Miller On June 22, 2022, Arlene Louise Roberts, 82, of Bluefield, WV, was peacefully carried to Heaven in the arms of her Lord and Savior to forever rejoice. Born on April 22, 1940, in Montcalm, WV, to Clayton and Ruby Miller, she was a lifelong resident of West Virginia. Arlene was a faithful woman who loved the Lord, her family, and her church. All that knew Arlene loved her. Arlene was a member of Princeton First Assembly of God and loved attending church. She previously attended The First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Bluefield where she enjoyed singing in the choir. She had a heavenly voice. She also had a love for gardening which was evident by the beautiful flowers and trees surrounding the home. Arlene's love for her family was a strong, unselfish love. She will be truly missed by her surviving husband of 32 years Tommy Roberts; Sisters; Mona (Fred) Dudley, Jackie (Mont) Poe of Bear, DE., Judy Moses, Arlene's brother, Dallas (Mary) Miller, Pat (Denny) Vanhoose, Deonna (Darrell) Mabe, Kay (Bob) Lewis and Sheila Thompson; her two daughters Ruth Sexton and Melody Jones, and her son Mark Jones and loving wife Sherry, of Weatherford, TX; her grandchildren Marcus Jones, Emily Jones and Brandon Jones; and one great-grandson, Sawyer Jones, son to Marcus, all of Texas. Arlene is also survived by stepson David Roberts and wife Rachel, and their three children Hannah Jackson (Tanner), Olivia Roberts and Isaac Roberts, and great-grand-daughter Kinsley Jackson all of Oklahoma City, OK; and many special nieces and nephews. The burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.² She was buried at Resthaven Memorial Park, 1917 West Main Street, Princeton, Mercer Co., West Virginia.² She was born on April 22, 1940 at Montcalm, Mercer Co., West Virginia.^1,2 As of March 1, 1960,her married name was Jones.¹ She married Joseph Everett Jones Jr., son of Joseph Everett Jones Sr. and Bertha Mae Gilmore, on March 1, 1960 at Tazewell, Tazewell Co., Virginia.¹ Arlene Louise Miller died on June 22, 2022 at Bluefield, Mercer Co., West Virginia, at age 82.²

     Linda Sue Hall Linda Sue Shinault, Jul 16, 1949 - Jan 25, 2018. Linda Sue Shinault, age 68 of Bluefield WV went to be with Jesus, Thursday, January 25th at her home with her loving family by her side. Linda was born in McComas, WV on July 16, 1949 to Elbert (Ebb) and Barbara (Sissy) Hall. She attended Bramwell High School and Bluefield State College. She worked hard for 42 years, her last job, retiring as cook from the Mercer County School System. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her grandparents, Everett and Bertha Jones and Richard and Offie Hall. Uncles, Jack and Joe Jones, Lacy, Lester, Jimmie and Johnson Hall, and Aunts Juanita Southern and Shelva Jean Travis. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Shinault, her loving daughter Karen Bailey and her husband Keith of Bluefield, WV. Three sisters who adored her, Brenda Kirby and her husband Freddy of Duhring, WV, Ann Neice, and her husband Frank, and Becky Brown and her husband Randy all of Bluefield, WV. Three nieces she loved dearly, who assisted in her caregiving, Lauren Hill and Lindsey Brown of Bluefield, WV, and Beth Eden of Bluefield, VA. Her nephew David Roberts of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Her two fur babies Gabe and Sassy and her friend of over 40 years, Brenda Johnston of Princeton and too many friends to count. Linda was a member of Princeton Church of God and was the Leader of Prayerforce Ministry there for 20 plus years. She also headed a prayer service she started in 1986 to the time Prayerforce was started. She was a member of the Princeton Church of God Sanctuary choir. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She had a beautiful voice and ministered in singing for many years with Rev. David and Georgia Barnette on their radio broadcast each Saturday morning. Linda also ministered in song at various churches, down through the years. She was an anointed servant of God since a young teenager, and a beloved prayer warrior. She was a dear friend to many, and will be greatly missed. Everyone who knew Linda knew her love for the Lord, and how she had a heart for prayer. The family wishes to thank Deliverance Temple Church and Princeton Church of God and the people who prayed many prayers and did good deeds for Linda and her family in her 6 year journey with cancer. Also, Andrea Parsons and Amedisys Hospice of Bluefield, WV for their excellent care and compassion.⁴ She was born on July 16, 1949 at McComas, Mercer Co., West Virginia.⁴ She married Douglas Wayne Hall on July 23, 1966 at Tazewell, Tazewell Co., Virginia.² Linda Sue Hall and Douglas Wayne Hall were divorced on July 22, 1986.² As of February 26, 1988,her married name was Shinault.² Linda Sue Hall married Jerry Ray Shinault on February 26, 1988 at Tazewell, Tazewell Co., Virginia.^2,3,4 Linda Sue Hall died on January 25, 2018 at Bluefield, Mercer Co., West Virginia, at age 68.⁴
