Born Dec. 19, 1918, he was the son of the late Johnny and Price James Bragg. Mr. Bragg had lived all of his life in Summers County. He worked as a farmer and construction worker. Paul had a great sense of humor and loved to hunt for ginseng in the great outdoors of West Virginia. He grew many a beautiful garden, and whether it was vegetables or wildflowers, they both flourished. He enjoyed living his life to the fullest. He was a U.S. Army veteran and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Earl, Pearl and Carl Bragg; and two sisters, Ethel Jones and Patsy Kelly. Survivors include his wife, Geneva Davis Bragg; three sons, Danny Bragg and wife, Marilyn, of Brookville, Ohio, Donnie Bragg of Hinton and Paul "Gig" Bragg and wife, Debbie, of Hinton; a daughter, Dorry Ann Bragg of Almonte Springs, Fla; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-laws, Stella Bragg of Hinton and Geneva Neely Bragg of Brookville; and a brother-in-law, Fred Kelly.
