     Katy Hidrith Brogan was buried at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, 16155 Midland Trail West, Crawley, Greenbrier Co., West Virginia.4,2 She was born on September 7, 1925 at Giles Co., Virginia.3 As of June 19, 1944,her married name was Rogers.1 She married Garland Anderson "Dutch" Rogers, son of Dorsey Matthew Rogers and Lura Alice Lawrence, on June 19, 1944 at Forest Hill, Summers Co., West Virginia.1,2 Katy Hidrith Brogan died on August 23, 2014 at Ronceverte, Greenbrier Co., West Virginia, at age 88.2 She HINES — Katy H. Rogers, 88, of Hines, passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2014, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center at Ronceverte. She was a resident of The Brier Nursing Center and a longtime resident of Greenbrier County. She was the daughter of the late James B. and Alice Nannie Brogan. Katy was a homemaker and a graduate of Rupert High School. Preceding in death also is her late husband, Garland "Dutch" Rogers. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a brother Arnold, sisters: Margie Pugh and Barbara Bresenhan. Those left to cherish Katy's memory are one daughter, Linda Mallory and husband Tam of Charleston, two sons: Jim and wife Mary of Pasadena, MD, and Jerry and wife Patches of Lewisburg. She is also survived by one sister-in-law Hallie Foster of Beckley. She was a grandmother to three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Services will be at the Wallace Memorial Mausoleum Chapel on Tuesday, August 26, 2014, 11 a.m. with Rev. Mike Routh of Pasadena, MD. Friends may visit with the family at the Mausoleum Chapel one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. on August 25, 2014.2
