Gary is survived by daughter, Kimberly Gula (Jeff) of Cross Lanes; daughter, Heather Obeada (Augusto) of Charlotte, NC; son, Brian (Lisa) of Clendenin; son, Shaun of Clendenin; granddaughter, Kennedy Fox; grandson, Todd Fox, Cooper Obleada and Dailor Fox; nieces Melisa Bond, Madelyn Bond, Katie Bond, Vicky Black and Karyna Black; and nephew, Kameron Black. Gary was a graduate of Serra High School in McKeesport, PA, as well as the University of Baltimore. Upon graduation, he accepted a high level position in the Central Intelligence Agency, in Langley, VA. Gary held one of the highest security clearances available to Federal employees and was involved in numerous highly classified projects. After concluding his service to the CIA, Gary then obtained his CPA license and opened his own accounting practice which became his life’s work, serving hundreds of clients for over forty years.3 He was born on July 18, 1947 at Waynesburg, Greene Co., Pennsylvania.3 He married Peggy Jean England, daughter of Ronald Roscoe England and Belva Madlyn Strickland, circa 1969.1,2,3 Gary Allen Fox died on October 4, 2016 at Clendenin, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 69.3

Shaun was most recently employed through the Pipeliners Union 798, of which he was very proud. on October 21, 2016.4

Harold was a 1960 graduate of Clendenin High School. He proudly served in the United States Army and was stationed in Ft. Eustis, VA from 1961 till 1965. Harold was a safety director for Pennzoil first at the Falling Rock, WV plant then the Shreveport plant, until he retired and continued to teach safety classes through the Ark-La-Tex chapter of the National Safety Council. He was passionate about firefighting and was a volunteer and training officer with the Waskom Volunteer Fire Department. Previously he was an instructor at the TEEX Industrial Fire School at Texas A & M University and the Eastman Fire School and served on the board of the Waskom Public Library. He was a member of the Harrison County Firefighters Association and the Northeast TX Fire Chiefs Association. He was a member of the Faith Baptist Church of Waskom, TX and the Waskom Lion's Club. Harold is survived by his daughter and son-in-law: Terri and Ed Casto of College Station, TX ,and his grandchildren Stephanie Casto Branum and her husband Grant Branum of Coppell, TX and Thomas Casto of College Station, TX. He is also survived by his great grandchild, Hudson Archer Branum of Coppell, TX. on February 8, 2013.3

She was past president of Waskom Chamber of Commerce and of the Women's Auxiliary of Waskom Fire Department. Caroline was a Girl Scout leader and softball coach. She was previously a state auditor in West Virginia. Mrs. England was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Waskom. She was a successful wife and mother and raised one great daughter. Mrs. England wrote the Waskom News for the Marshall News Messenger. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Harold E. England Jr. of Waskom; daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Ed Casto of College Station, Texas; grandchildren, Stephanie and Thomas Casto, both of College Station; two sisters, Glenna Jean Woods of Aberdeen, Md., and Evon York and husband, Jim, of Elkview, W.Va; one brother, Randall Woods and wife, Helen, of Plant City, Fla; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Daniel Woods and Vanlee Woods; and one sister, Evelyn Burch. Pallbearers will be members of Waskom Fire Department. Honorary pallbearer will be Josh Ramsey. on April 30, 2009.5

Betty Maxine Blackwell was buried at Stricklen Cemetery, Blue Creek, Kanawha Co., West Virginia.1 Her married name was England.2 She married Junior Ray England, son of Lewis Homer England and Lucy Ethel White.2,1 Betty Maxine Blackwell was born on February 5, 1925.3 She died on August 21, 2013 at Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 88.1 She Maxine Bowen-England, 88, of Elkview, departed this life on Wednesday, August 21, 2013, with the promise of a glorious resurrection. She was the oldest surviving founding member of Sand Run Gospel Tabernacle. She was an inspiration to her family as well as her church family. Those who knew her were astounded by her remarkable memory of phone numbers, birth dates and names. Maxine's many hobbies included sewing, cooking and collecting miniature sewing machines and thimbles. She had an extensive shoe, purse and jewelry collection. She will be remembered most as a loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother. Maxine was the daughter of the late Ransom Sylvester "Shorty" and Violet Ola "Mog" Stricklen Blackwell. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Delmas Bowen and Junior Ray England; son, Danny Bowen; brothers, Jack and Jim Blackwell; sisters, Madeline Grace Douglas and Sue Nida. Survivors include her son, Jack Bowen of Old Town, Fla; daughter, Jill Vigliotti (Dominic) of Elkview; step-daughters, Linda Raines of Elkview, Karen Boyd of Rand and Sandy Cobb of St. Albans; daughter-in-law, Joyce Bowen of Teays Valley; brother, Ben Blackwell of Pinch; sister, Pat Woodrum of Winfield; grandchildren, Eric Bowen (Jackie) of Scott Depot, Michael Bowen (Christy) of Charleston and Brittany Carroll of Elkview; great-grandchildren, William, Patrick, and Molly Bowen, John Daniel and Eva Grace Carroll and Bella Beth McLaughlin; step-granddaughter, Mindy Ferrell; special neighbor, April Strickland; and a host of nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the Hubbard Hospice House for their excellent care. Maxine's funeral service will be 11 a.m., Sunday, August 25, at Sand Run Gospel Tabernacle at Youngs Bottom with Reverend Frank Allen officiating. Burial will be at Stricklen Cemetery in Blue Creek. on August 23, 2013.1
