Born January 4, 1949, he was the son of the late Wade and Betty Maynard. Dale was a disabled coal miner. He is survived by a brother, David Neely of Kopperston, five nieces and nephews, 10 great nieces and nephews, several aunts and several cousins. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Kopperston Freewill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Raybon Cook officiating. Entombment will follow in Palm Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Matheny. The family will receive friends 11 a.m. until time of service Thursday, at the church.
