He attended the United Brethren in Christ Church. Mr. Manross was married on Sept. 9, 1939, to the former Dorothy Hulings who survives. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son and daughter, Raymond Manross of Polk and Mrs. Ralph (Irene) McCool of Franklin; two brothers, Delroy Manross of Houston, Tex., and Ernest Manross of Jamestown, N. Y; one sister, Mrs. Jenny Donner of Kane; and seven grandchildren. on April 2, 1964.⁴ He died on April 2, 1964 at Oil City, Venango Co., Pennsylvania, at age 73.^2,4

Hoffman, 41, of Maple Shade, who operated a barber shop on Seneca dt., died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the Eastline-Rossman hospital, Grove City, following illness of several weeks duration. Mr. Hoffman was born November 19, 1904, at Wesley, the son of Frank C. and Wilda Sutton Hoffman. He had followed the barbering business most of his life, operating his own shop on Seneca st. for the past 15 years. He had formerly resided on Bissell ave. He was a member of the Pleasantview Methodist Church. In 1941 he married Mrs. Marie Moorehead of Oil City. Surviving are his wife; a daughter by a former marriage, Mrs. Earl Kleckner of Chicago; his father, who resides at Wesley; and the following brothers and sisters: Forest L. Hoffman of Grove City, Donald E. Hoffman of Findley Lake N.Y; Cecil C. Hoffman of Wesley; Mrs. Arthur Hostterman of Niagara Falls, and Mrs. Robert J. Mackell of Barkeyville. The body was taken to the Crawford funeral home where a funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday. Interment will be in Pleasantview cemetery. on December 17, 1945.⁴

Born Jan. 19, 1966 in Clarion, she was the daughter of Lloyd and Mildred Bickel Perry. She was preparing to enter her senior year at Cranberry High School where she participated in the computer science program at Venango County Area Vocational-Technical School. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Benton Lee Perry and Jerome E. Perry, both at home; and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. David Benton Bickel of Erie. Services will be at the Heckathorn United Methodist Church with Joseph Paluszak, pastor of the Church of the Living God in Franklin, officiating. Interment will be in the Heckathorn Cemetery. on August 7, 1982.²
