Prior to moving to Midland in 2002, Katherine resided in the following places: Barberton, Ohio, from1954 to 1972, Mount Vernon, Ind.,from 1972 to 1979, Clinton, S.C.,from 1979 to 1992, and Brooksville (Highpoint), Fla., from 1992 to 2002. Katherine was an active volunteer with Highpoint Golf Association from 1992 to 2002. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Pase Sr., son, Charles R. Pase Jr., five brothers, and one sister. Katherine is survived by her son, Rev. Robert (Jane) Pase of Midland, Texas; daughter, Linda (David) Stauffer of Huntsville, Ala; sister, Ruth Haasz of Akron, Ohio; grandsons, C.J. and Ben Stauffer of Huntsville, Ala., R.J. and Jake Pase of Midland, Texas. on January 7, 2003.¹
