Jeffrey enjoyed playing Texas hold'em, snow skiing and the company of his dogs "Miss Mae" and "Bailey". Jeff was a 1975 graduate of Allegheny Clarion Valley High School in Foxburg and graduated from Edinboro University with a degree in finance and accounting. Mr. Jackson had been employed by Household Finance, Northwest Savings Bank, and for the last fifteen years he was employed as the branch manager at Hamlin Bank and Trust Company in Bradford. He is survived by his wife, Virginia L. "Ginger" Blair Jackson whom he married on May 22, 1982 at the Foxburg United Methodist Church. Also surviving are four brothers, Mark E. Jackson and his wife Deb, Richard "Cooney" Jackson, Warren Eric Jackson and Stephen M. Jackson and Kimberly Moiseenko, all of Emlenton, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Friends will be received at the Hile Funeral Home Inc., 1204 Kerr Ave., Emlenton, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Tuesday. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday from the funeral home with the Rev. Lori Danielson, pastor of the Emlenton Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Scrubgrass Presbyterian Cemetery, Emlenton.⁴ He was born on February 3, 1957 at Franklin, Venango Co., Pennsylvania.^5,4,6 He married Virginia L.      Richard Kevin "Coonie" Jackson was buried at Scrubgrass Presbyterian Cemetery, Emlenton, Venango Co., Pennsylvania.² He Richard Kevin “Coonie” Jackson, 63, of Main Street, Emlenton, passed away Friday, May 24, 2019, following a long illness. Richard was born on January 25, 1956. He was the son of the late Willis “Bill” and Leda Coulter Jackson. He attended Allegheny Clarion High School. He married Vickie (Krainz) Warner in 1981, and although they divorced in 1983, they raised their daughter, Stephanie Marie (Jackson) Graham, and remained lifelong friends. In 2002 he had another beautiful daughter, Eva Nicole Jackson. Throughout the years he finished drywall for many companies. Until he was injured at work, he worked for the Laborers Union. He enjoyed riding Harleys and building choppers in his younger years. He also loved to fish and spend time outdoors. Coonie was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. He loved watching sports games on tv with his friends and at his favorite drinking spot, Otto’s Tavern. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Jackson. Surviving are his daughters, Eva Jackson of Florida and Stephanie (Jackson) Graham of Emlenton; his grandson, Gavin Graham of Emlenton; his brothers, Eric Jackson, Mark Jackson and his wife, Debbie, and Steve Jackson, all of Emlenton; a sister-in-law, “Ginger” Jackson of Bradford; two nieces, Brandi and Amanda Jackson; his nephew, Shawn Jackson, as well as a number of and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
