     Hershel Dale "Sonny" Epperly Hershel Dale “Sonny” Epperly, 74, of Fayetteville, WV, passed away April 17, 2016 at Thomas Memorial Hospital. Dale is survived by his wife of 56 years, Judy, his children, Cynthia Wriston, Doug Epperly (Beth), Sandy Reed (Mel), Sherri Holland (Wayne), and Scott Epperly (Amy), Sisters Marcia Neil (Robert), Cherrill Jacobs and brothers Jack Epperly (Linda) and Bill Epperly. He is also survived many loving grandchildren, Matt, Tyler, McKenzie, Abby, Mason, Morgan, Danielle, Luke, and Sydney, many loving great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and extended family. He was preceded in death by infant daughter Pamela Linda, parents Zella and Hollis Epperly, and siblings Cecilia, Denny, Bud, and Janice. Dale was an active member of the Nazarene Church of Oak Hill.3 He was buried at Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville, Fayette Co., West Virginia.6 He was born on January 11, 1942 at Oak Hill, Fayette Co., West Virginia.2 He married Judy Linda Hicks on February 27, 1960 at Fayetteville, Fayette Co., West Virginia.4 Hershel Dale "Sonny" Epperly died on April 17, 2016 at South Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 74.3

Air Force in California and William at Fayetteville; two sisters, Janice and Marcia, both at home; a halfsister, Mrs. Cherril Jacobs of Zanesville. Ohio; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Elizabeth Epperly of Fayetteville; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Rosa Sexton of Fayetteville. Burial will be in Huse Memorial Park at Fayetteville. on November 17, 1957.3
