Virgil Cook of Arnett officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Blair, who was born in Van Lear, Ky. has been employed in a carpet factory. In addition to his sister, he is survived by his wife, and one daughter, Jean of Detroit; a brother, Thomas of Beckley; two half-sisters, Mrs. Effie Scott of Jackson, Ohio, and Mrs. Lola Conley of Winchester, Ky; and his mother, Mrs. Lawrence Vailes of Chicago, Ill. on August 12, 1953.4
