Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Nellie and Dalton Ferguson of Ferrum, Elizabeth and Perry Sigmon of Callaway; son and daughter-in-law, Otis and Hazel Woods of Boones Mill; half sister, Annie Fisher of Boones Mill; four stepdaughters and their husbands, Gladys and Junior Hill of Roanoke, Lillie Mae and Lewis Keatts of Rocky Mount, Juanita Mitchell of Roanoke, Louise and John Jenkins of Danville; two stepsons, and their wives, Herman and Margaret Martin of Danville, Huford and Irene Martin of Roanoke; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; 13 stepgrandchildren; 18 stepgreat-grand-children; and three stepgreat- great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, March 4, 1999, at Lynch Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gerald Manning and the Rev. Frank Layman, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in St. James Methodist Church Cemetery. on March 3, 1999.3
