He is survived by his, wife, Norma Jeanne Kinsey Moatz his sister Myra Leigh Moatz Worley his son, Wallace William (Will) Moatz III and his wife, Morgan Moatz, and Daughter, Kimberly Rose Moatz Lynch and her husband Krystofer Lynch. Also his beloved grandchildren Cayden Cash, Wallace William (Bay) Moatz IV, and Chandler Ray Lynch. Loyal and faithful companion Alice Mae.
