She was a member of Perkinsville Baptist Church, and an avid flower and vegetable gardener. Survivors include two daughters, Norma Wilcox of Boone, and Judy Psillas and husband, George, of Spartanburg, S.C; one son, Charles "Buz" Bumgarner and wife, Donna, of Las Cruces, New Mexico; six grandchildren, Dempsey Wilcox, III and wife, Margie, and Debra Wilcox of Boone, Vicki Huffman and husband, Andy Omundson of Greenwood, S.C., Patrick Huffman of Spartanburg, S.C., Cameron Bumgarner of Arizona and Leslie Bumgarner of New Mexico; three brothers, Joe, Bob and Dennis Wolfe; and three sisters, Gwendolyn Hart, Martha Brown, and Annie Ruth Laws. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Bumgarner; four sisters; Bertha Holman, Allie Eller, Elsie Brookshire, and Justine Hollender; and six brothers, Lawrence, Blaine, Ace, Delbert, Junior and Earl Wolfe.
