In addition to her mother she is survived by her three children, Shannon Talley (Tootie), Jerry “Jay” Beckner (Jenny), Brandi Meador (James); eight grandchildren, Sean Beckner, (Jessica), Jasmine Leanna Stafford, Kristian Bailey (Nadia), Trevor Beckner, Rahim Brownell, Tariq Nowalish, Jaylynn Beckner, Noah Meador; six great-grandchildren, Annaleigh, Diego, Carson, Kaiden Kolton, Mia Elyse Elizabeth; five brothers, Leon Booth Jr., (Patsy), Link Booth (Michelle), Steve Booth (Jill), Mark Booth, Chris Booth (Kim); three sisters, Lyssa Stroud, Wendy Booth (George), Kristi Stone (Warren); and numerous other family members and frends.4 She was born on October 28, 1959 at Roanoke, Virginia.1,3,2,4 As of November 2, 1974,her married name was King.1 She married Larry Owen King, son of Frank Edward King and Alma Lois Blessard, on November 2, 1974 at Roanoke, Virginia.1 Leanne Elizabeth Booth and Larry Owen King were divorced on December 3, 1976 at Roanoke, Virginia.2 Leanne Elizabeth Booth died on June 14, 2018 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 58.4

They married in 1997 and began a wonderful life of travel and golf. Nellie lived each day to the fullest with love and kindness to all those around her. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and family. Nellie is survived by her husband, Raymond Webster of Napa; brother, Charles (Nancy) Williams of Port Orchard, Wash; niece, Melissa (Pat) Magee, and grand-nephew, Collin Magee, of Gig Harbor, Wash; sisters-in-law, Pat (Mike) Guisto and Benecia and Diane Woods, of Cummings, Ga; brother-in-law, Jim Webster of Novato; stepdaughter, Sabrina (Karl) Storms of Mansfield, Texas; stepsons, Ron Sousa of Winters, Harold Webster of Vacaville and Raymond (Danielle) Webster of Pasadena; and stepgrandchildren, Justin, Paul, Doug and Rebecca Storms, Isabelle and Lauren Webster, Alex and Andrew Webster, and Kaci and Alden Sousa. on January 5, 2011.5

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Frances King Cecil; two sons, Donald C. Cecil, Midland, Texas; Larry K. Cecil, Salem; one Debra C. White, Salem; four grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Louise Rickman, Mrs. Beadie Ferguson, Mrs. Issabell Hawkes, all of Roanoke; Mrs. June Moore, Dallas, Texas. on April 19, 1977.5
