Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2001 at Oakey's North Chapel with Pastor Jason Forehand officiating. Entombment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Oakey's North Chapel. on February 23, 2001.2

He was a beloved husband and father. He retired from General Electric after 30 years of service, owned and was head chef of Paul's Steak & Chicken, was a member and deacon at Tabernacle Baptist Church, was a member of Taylor Lodge #23 AF & AM and was a member of Eastern Star #161. He was preceded in death by a son, William Michael Robertson and a brother, Lee Harold Robertson. Surviving are his beloved wife of 30 years, Elizabeth H. Robertson; daughters and son-in-law, Cathy R. Edwards, Roanoke, Shirley A. and John Hawthorne, Bowie, Md; brothers and sisters-in-law, Earl and Phyllis Robertson, Roanoke, Dewey and Francis Lee Robertson, Roanoke; special friend, James Wood; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2007 at Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. Rick Elmore and the Rev. Carl Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Arrangements are being handled by Lotz Funeral Home, Salem. on January 18, 2007.2
