Furrow Sr. and Vella Snuffer Furrow.Mr. Furrow was a truck driver having started driving at 12 years of age delivering coal to homes. He retired from Smith's Transfer in 1982. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II. He attended the Crow Christian Church at Crow, and had made his home at Crow for 16 years. Having lived most of his life at Shady Spring, WV, he also lived at Crimora, Va. and Tampa, Fla. For the past 5 years, he had made his home in Waynesboro, Va.Mr. Furrow was preceded in death by his wife, Legatha Link Furrow; a grandson, Edward Link Furrow; and a sister, Clara Power.
