     Dennis Jay Barr was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5737 Airport Road NW, Roanoke, Virginia.^2,3 He Dennis Jay (Boot) Barr, born February 28, 1959, of Vinton, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 16, 2013, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his father, Ervin M. Barr; mother, Juanita Britts Barr; brother-in-law, Jack Edwards, and a special friend, Doris Reed. He is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Juan and Judy Barr, Donnie and Donna Barr, his sisters and brothers-in-law, Sherry and Ronnie Norville, Kathy Edwards, Pam and Kenny Brown, numerous nieces and nephews, and a devoted pet, Abbey. Interment will immediately follow the service at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank Dr. Matthew Skelton, Dr. Robert Heath and the staff at Blue Ridge Cancer Center for their excellent care and concern.      Richard Lee Obenchain Richard Lee "Rick" Obenchain, 52, passed away peacefully at his home in Salem early Sunday morning July 14, 2013. He was an employee of Walker Foundry and the family appreciates their support during his recent illness. Rick was preceded in death by his mother and father, Lucille Ann Reese and Lewis Dale Obenchain; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Cora Dodson, and his paternal grandparents, Horace and Learleen Obenchain. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 17 years, Sheila Stump Obenchain; one son, Joe Obenchain; three daughters, Rebecca (Becky) and Mike Phillips, Danielle Obenchain, and Candice and Ross Campbell. He was Grandpa to his grandchildren whom he adored; Kinley and Anabelle, Jonah and Jossalyn, and Adam, Kadence, and Sally. His brother and sisters surviving him are Greg Obenchain, Teresa and Bruce Lucado, and Karen and Chuck Woolwine. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Ruth Stump; his life-long friend, Doug Baker; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.      Jonathan Ryan Gribble was buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Pilots Lane, Henrico Co., Virginia.^1,2,3 He was born on March 10, 1975 at Richmond, Virginia.^1,4,3 He died on November 3, 1985 at Richmond, Virginia, at age 10.^1,2,3 He Jonathan Ryan Gribble, age 10, of 213 Senn Way, Mechanicsville, died November 3, 1985. survived by his parents Dave and Vivian Gulden; two sisters, Hope Thomas and Shannon Gribble; two brothers, Shawn Gribble and Jamie Gulden; two half-sisters, Janet Schultz and Diane Gulden; his maternal, grandmother, Virginia Gee; great grandmother, Eva Gee; also friends and loved ones at the First Free Will Baptist Church.
