Left to cherish Mike’s memory are his daughter, Amanda (Brian) Musselman; granddaughter, Ashlyn Musselman; sisters, Sue (Darrell) Rowland, Glenda (Raymond) Thornton, Deborah Johnson, and Connie Worth; brother, Tim (Wanda) Johnson; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; and Judy Kerr, mother of his child. In addition, Mike will be missed by numerous friends from childhood, career, and community. Mike was an avid UVA Wahoo, Washington Redskin and St. Louis Cardinal fan. His love of sports led him to coach girls softball for several years. Mike worked at Verizon for 30 years, was a committed member of the community and was very active with the Christiansburg Jaycees. Above all, he was a loving father, brother, uncle, and grandfather.
