He Wimmer Sr., Charles Willard - Son of Charles Dewey Wimmer and Faye Jane Foster died August 27, 2014 in Ocala. He was born September 17, 1923 in Princeton, West Virginia. He served in the U.S. Navy in World War II and Korea and worked as a Histotechnologist at the U.S. V.A. Hospital, Bay Pines, FL. He lived in St. Petersburg, FL. from 1952-2002 until moving to Summerfield, FL. He is survived by his wife of over 60 years, Marjorie B. Wimmer; son Charles W. Jr. (Cindy) Wimmer, of Summerfield; son Mark B. (Katarina) Wimmer, of Pinellas Park; and daughter Christine Williams of Summerfield; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Interment of cremains will take place in Royal Palm North. on September 3, 2014.³

     Cynthia Louise Walz was born on June 11, 1957 at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.² As of November 6, 1976,her married name was Wimmer.¹ She married Charles Willard Wimmer Jr., son of Charles Willard Wimmer Sr. and Marjorie Emma Bennett, on November 6, 1976 at Pinellas Co., Florida.^1,2 Cynthia Louise Walz died on June 23, 2015 at Florida at age 58.² She WIMMER, Cynthia Louise, 58, of Summerfield, FL, died unexpectedly Tuesday, June 23, 2015 in a fatal car accident. Cindy is survived by her husband, Charlie Wimmer; son and daughter-in-law, Chaz and Anne Wimmer; and granddaughter, Madison; her sisters, Arlene, Terri, Sharon; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close family friends. Cindy was born June 11, 1957 in Philadelphia, PA to her parents, William and Pearl Walz. Cindy was a devoted educator and dedicated volunteer in Marion County. She devoted her life to giving and helping others. Cindy loved her work, her friends, her students, and her family. on July 5, 2015.²

     Matthew Caleb Potter Matt Potter, 40, of Roanoke went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 14, 2016. Matt was employed by Arkay Packaging for many years. He was an avid VT and Dallas Cowboy fan, a great guitarist, and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. However, most of all he enjoyed being the best daddy, husband, son, brother, and friend he can be. A truly, compassionate, caring, sincere person who will be dearly missed by all. Left to cherish his memory are the love of his life, and high school sweetheart, wife of 16 years, Dawn Potter; his pride and joy, their children, Brandon and Kennedy Potter; a sister, Ashley Potter Cecil and husband Matt; his parents, Michael and Joyce Potter; grandparents, Freda Potter, Edith Tolley, and Betty Burch; mother and father-in-law, Doris and Larry Layman; special aunt and uncle, Carol and Chuck Sloan; and special uncle, Ron Burch; sisters-in-law, Angie Peerman and husband, Mario, and Laura Layman. Along with a host of other family and close friends too numerous to mention. Interment will follow in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.³ He was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5737 Airport Road NW, Roanoke, Virginia.³ He was born on August 15, 1976 at Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia.² He married Dawn Michelle Layman, daughter of Larry Louis Layman and Doris Ann Burch, on May 27, 2000 at Botetourt Co., Virginia.¹ Matthew Caleb Potter died on November 14, 2016 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 40.³
