He was very athletic and was selected to the West Virginia Allstate basketball team in high school. Stanley came to Mansfield in the 1960s and worked at Stone Container and Corpad before retiring in 1993. Prior to coming to Mansfield, he worked for Crest Box in Norwalk. Stanley also was the owneroperator of Walker's Delivery business for 10 years. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. Stanley is survived by his wife, Maxine S. Frischen Cain, whom he married Oct. 10, 1950; two sons, Stanley B. Cain II of Shelby and Scott B. Cain of Mansfield; three daughters, Marsha A. Fletcher of Akron, Connie L. Kendall of Arizona and Patti S. Ogden of Wooster; 11 grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren; two brothers, Charter G. Cain of Mechanics-burg and Charles Cain of Newark; and one sister, Murial Stewart of Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Lucille Swisher. Interment will be in Mansfield Catholic Cemetery. on November 21, 2003.⁴

     Muriel M. Stewart was buried at Glade Run Cemetery, Browns Hill Road, Cooperstown, Butler Co., Pennsylvania.³ Her married name was Harvey.³ She married Blair Harvey Sr.³ Muriel M. Stewart was born on May 28, 1939 at Pittsburgh, Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania.⁴ She died on June 29, 2020 at Butler Co., Pennsylvania, at age 81.³ She Muriel S. Harvey, 81, of Middlesex Township, passed away on June 29, 2020. She was the loving mother of Blair Harvey Jr. and Bret (Melody) Harvey; and the dear grandmother of Damaris, Hannah and Ruth Harvey. Graveside services will be held at Glade Run Cemetery. on July 1, 2020.³

     Maxine Sophia Frischen was buried at Mansfield Catholic Cemetery, 389 Altamont Avenue, Mansfield, Richland Co., Ohio.^3,2 She Maxine Sophia Cain, age 86, of Shelby and formerly of Mansfield, died Friday, March 27, 2015 at Crestwood Care Center in Shelby. Maxine was born October 11, 1928 in Hebron, Ohio, the daughter of the late Othmar and Eva (Moran) Frischen. She was raised on the family farm and did her part to help from bailing hay to milking cows. She was a 1947 graduate of Hebron High School where she was in the band, and played softball and basketball. She always had a passion for sports, especially basketball, and enjoyed following various athletes over the years. Maxine loved tinkering and was constantly working with her hands. She was very handy and liked to take things apart just to be able to put them back together from car or lawnmower motors to her grandchildren's Christmas presents. She was blessed with a green thumb, growing incredible ferns. She was an excellent baker and loved music. Maxine was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Mansfield. Maxine is survived by five children, Marsha Fletcher of Akron, Connie Kendall of Henderson, Nevada, Pattie Ogden of Polk, Stanley (Veronica) Cain II of Shelby, and Scott (Jennifer) Cain of Shelby; 12 grandchildren: Stephanie Berry DeLong, Stacey (Jeff) Childers, Danielle (Chris) McNichol, Christie (Rick) Kendall Plote, Heather Isenhart, Jesse Dysinger, Brendan (Kayla) Cain, Devin (Kimberly) Cain, Jarrod Cain, Victoria Cain, Riley Cain, Natalie Cain; 13 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; a sister: Janice Forsythe of Powell; a brother: Sonny (Rosemary) Frischen of Kirckersville, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Bruce Cain in 2003, and two sisters, Gerry Lawson and Virginia Parr.      John Patrick Annan Mr. John Patrick Annan, 75 years of age of Fairmont, WV passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. He was born August 27, 1945 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late James and Clarice Paxton Annan. He is survived by his wife Marjorie Arcure Annan. They had celebrated fifty-one years of marriage. He is also survived by a daughter Nicole Annan of Denver, CO; three brothers Joe Annan of Sarasota, FL, Bob Annan of Fairmont and Tom Annan and his wife Cindy of Fairmont, WV and a sister Susan Patton and her husband Jim of Annapolis, MD. He was also preceded in death by a brother Gene Annan. John was a 1963 graduate of St. Peter’s High School in Fairmont. Following high school, he served in the United States Air Force for four years.
