She was 78 years old. Betty was the daughter of the late Joseph Garvansites and Eveline Garvansites (Puckett). Elizabeth, fondly known as Betty was born on August 29, 1941 in Hudson, New York, and was a lifelong resident of Stottville, NY. Betty graduated from Saint Mary’s Academy, Hudson, NY class of 1959. She married William Ray Laudig Sr on February 14, 1960. In the early years Betty was a homemaker raising her family of three, Bonnie, Linda, and Billy Ray. Betty worked as a bus driver for over 40 years for the Hudson and Red Hook School districts and most recently a driver for CoArc in Columbia County. She retired from CoArc in 2017. Betty was a volunteer and auxiliary fireman back in the 1970s in Stottville, NY. One of Betty’s favorite events was her annual Mother’s Day trip to Connecticut with her daughters. They would spend the day at Norwich Inn and Spa, followed by an evening of food, drink, gaming and fun at Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino. She is survived by her three children Bonnie Laudig of Waterford, CT, Linda Laudig of Chatham, NY, William Ray Laudig of Greenport, NY, granddaughter Allison Laudig, brother Joseph Garvansites, and life time companion John Burke. She was predeceased by her husband William Ray Laudig Sr. Burial immediately following at Cedar Park Cemetery, 20 Columbia Turnpike, Hudson, NY.3 She was born on August 29, 1941 at Hudson, Columbia Co., New York.3,4 As of February 14, 1960,her married name was Laudig.2 She married William Ray Laudig Sr. on February 14, 1960 at Hudson, Columbia Co., New York.2,3 Elizabeth Ann Garvansites died on April 8, 2019 at Hudson, Columbia Co., New York, at age 77.3

She had a passion for knitting and crocheting adorning many beds with comforters and children with their baptismal outfit. She will be well remembered for her wonderful sense of humor often poking fun at herself and the first to provide humor to cheer up others. She was a devoted animal lover with a dog always by her side. But it was her children and grandchildren to whom she dedicated her life attending every basketball and little league game along with every dance recital to taking pleasure in caring for her grandchildren. Evelyn was pre deceased by her husband George and her granddaughters Rhoda and Shannon. She is survived by her 9 children, Michael (Joanne) Hanover N.H., Bruce of Mexia TX, Jon of Leeds NY, Russell (Susan) of North Claverack NY, Stephen, James Scott and Anne Camadine of Cairo NY, Mary Rain of Ogdensburg NY, Elizabeth of Hudson NY, 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Interment will follow at Cedar Park Cemetery. on August 25, 2016.2

Anne is a 1979 graduate of St. Patrick's Catholic High School in Catskill NY. After starting her family she worked for several years as the Head Teller of Hudson City Savings Institution where she made many lifelong friends. In recent years she most enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Although Anne battled illnesses for 3 decades, she never let it get her down and always kept a positive attitude. She is fondly remembered for her kind, loving and caring nature and witty sense of humor. Anne is survived by her daughter Amanda (Neeraj) Joshi of Jersey City NJ and her son Joseph (Ayla) Camadine of Cairo NY along with her granddaughter Eve who she adored. She is also survived by her siblings Michael (Joanne) Puckett of Hanover NH, Bruce Puckett of Mexia TX, Jon Puckett of Leeds NY, Russell (Susan) Puckett of North Claverack NY, Stephen Puckett of Claverack NY, Mary Rain of Ogdensburgh NY and Elizabeth Puckett of Catskill NY. Besides her siblings are several cousins and in-laws and many nieces and nephews that she loved as her own. Anne is predeceased by both of her parents as well as her brother James "Scott" Puckett and her niece Rhoda Puckett. Burial immediately following at Cedar Park Cemetery in Hudson NY. on July 13, 2019.2
