Survivors include four daughters and sons-in-law, Glenda and Jerry Hopkins of Parrott, Sandra and Pete Blackburn of Dublin, Brenda (Jeannie) and the late Richard Phillips of Radford, and Carolyn and Ray Prater of Hopewell; two sons and daughters-in-law, Eddie and Sherry Richards of Dublin, and Doug and Kristi Richards of Radford; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Frankie and Don Roop of Radford; and a sister-in-law, Mildred Pannell of Charlotte, NC. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. on January 28, 2006.4
