He is survived by his wife, Beth of Augusta; 2 sons, Nathan and Justin Moore both of Mondovi; Sarah Moore of Augusta; his father. Dale Moore of Augusta; 2 brothers, Patrick (Kathy) Moore and Gary (Charlotte) Moore all of Augusta; his father and mother-in-law, Lowell and Peggy Serum of Mondovi; 2 nieces and 1 nephew. He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis on Nov. 10, 1986. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 23, 1992 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with burial in the West Lawn Cemetery, both in Augusta. on September 20, 1992.⁷
