Margaret June Hansen was buried at East Fairview Mennonite Cemetery, Milford, Seward Co., Nebraska.4 She Margaret "June" Schweitzer was born September 21, 1923 on a farm near Oak, Nebraska to Fred & Ruth (Lacey) Hansen, the 1st of two children and passed away Sunday, August 30, 2009, at Crestview Care Center in Milford, at the age of 85 years, 11 months and 9 days. At the age of two, she moved with her family to Beaver Crossing where she attended and later graduated from Beaver Crossing High School with the class of 1941. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior and became a member of East Fairview Mennonite Church. June was united in marriage to Leonard Schweitzer on November 4, 1941 at his parent's home near Friend and to this union four children were born: J. Joe, Gary, Linda and Randy. Together they made their home on a farm southeast of Beaver Crossing where she was a busy homemaker and helper to Leonard on the farm. They moved into Milford in 1981 where June enjoyed quilting and keeping up with family activities. She loved going to the Milford Senior Center for coffee time and fellowship with friends. Interment is in East Fairview Cemetery. Visitation is 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, at Lauber-Moore Funeral Home, Milford, with family receiving friends and relatives 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Savana Lynn Riley Savana Lynn Riley, 20, of Lincoln, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 and once again is singing praises to Him as she loved to do. Born, May 14, 1990, she is the daughter of Linda and Maurice Jantze and the late Bill Riley. She graduated in 2008 from Milford High School and attended Christ's Place Church in Lincoln. Savana lived her life fully for Jesus and brought joy to everyone she met. She had a passion to reach others which she accomplished through her talent for singing, working with youth, and her mission trips to Honduras, Jamaica and Scotland. She will always be remembered for her work in daycare as she loved to sing to the babies. Savana also expressed her love of life through her art and photography. She loved to have her nieces and nephews captured in her photos, as being with her family was the most important thing to her. Savana will always be a shining light to her family and friends. She is survived by her mother, Linda (Riley) and Maurice Jantze, Milford, her fiancé, Thomas Anderson, Lincoln, brothers and sisters-in-law, Layne and Alison Riley, Logan and Heather Riley, Landon Riley, all of Beaver Crossing, sisters and brothers-in-law, Darci and Monty Troyer, Dawn and Sam Roth all of Milford, Brooke and Chuck Horton, Lincoln, April and Jon Nisly, Partridge, KS, Raina and Chad Banks, Friend, birth-brothers, Auston Kliewer, Aurora and Talus Vest, Polk, step-brothers/sisters and spouses, Vickie and Myron Reiss, Council Bluffs, IA, Christy and Arlin Sherbath, Gordon, NE, Butch and Nancy Jantze, and Marty and Noreen Jantze, all of Milford, 26 nieces and nephews, 12 step-nieces and nephews, grandmother, Lois Riley, Milford and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and special friends, Jen Roth, Milford and Kristin Scott, Lincoln.
