A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 26, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor Mark Thaxton officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. on June 25, 2014.4

Blackwell II, both of South Charleston; special cousin, Allen Simms and his wife, Barbara, of Winfield; and special caregivers, Carol and Johnny McDavid of South Charleston.
