     Patsy Kay Vest WILLIAMS, Patsy Vest, 69, of North Chesterfield, Virginia passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018. Born April 7, 1949 in Lynchburg, Virginia she was the daughter of Mickey Dolphus Vest and Helen Conner Vest. She is predeceased by her father, Mickey D. Vest; and her brothers Otis W. Vest and Edward Neal Vest. She is survived by her mother, Helen C. Vest; brother, Dolphus L. Vest (Nan); son, Mickey W. Williams (Wendy); daughter, Tabitha A Martin (Richard); grandsons, Nicholas Williams, Cameron Williams and Bradlee G. Walker; uncle Joseph C. Conner and many step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a lifetime member of Walmsley Blvd. United Methodist Church, a member of the Eastern Star and a Girl Scout Leader for over a decade. As the Girl Scout Leader of Troop 698 she helped pave a better path for many young girls. She always promoted kindness. There's no true way to put into words the light and love she brought into this world. We could not have handpicked a better momma, daughter, grandmother, aunt and friend. Her legacy will continue to live on through every person who was blessed to know her. A graveside service will be at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.⁶ She was buried at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, 12609 Patterson Avenue, Goochland, Goochland Co., Virginia.^6,9 She was born on April 7, 1949 at Lynchburg, Virginia.^3,4,6 As of December 22, 1972,her married name was Williams.³ She married Thomas Lee Williams on December 22, 1972 at Richmond, Virginia.³ Patsy Kay Vest and Thomas Lee Williams were divorced on March 22, 2000 at Chesterfield Co., Virginia.¹⁰ Patsy Kay Vest died on August 3, 2018 at Virginia at age 69.⁶

     Norma Charlotte Eastep was buried at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, 12609 Patterson Avenue, Goochland, Goochland Co., Virginia.³ She was born on September 29, 1950 at Burleson Co., Texas.^3,2 As of March 31, 1967,her married name was Vest.¹ She married Otis William Vest, son of Mickey Dolphus "M.D." Vest and Helen Mae Conner, on March 31, 1967 at Jackson Co., Missouri.¹ Norma Charlotte Eastep died on September 25, 2014 at Florida at age 63.³

     Jennifer Randel was born on August 16, 1967 at Port Jefferson, Suffolk Co., New York.¹ As of 1997,her married name was Skrok.¹ She married Douglas H. Skrok, son of Kenneth F. Skrok and Arlene Frances Hartman, in 1997.¹ Jennifer Randel died on November 3, 2007 at Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming, at age 40.¹ She CASPER - Memorial services for longtime Casper resident Jennifer Randel, 40, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, at Highland Park Community Church. Cremation has taken place. She was born Aug. 16, 1967, in Port Jefferson, N.Y., and died unexpectedly as the result of alleged domestic violence on Nov. 3, 2007. Her early years were spent on New York's Long Island community of Port Jefferson Station, where she attended Norwood Elementary School until the fourth grade. In 1976, the family moved to Casper, where she attended Southridge Elementary School, CY Junior High and Natrona County High School, graduating in 1985. She attended Casper College as well. In November 1985, she married Thomas Suess. The couple later divorced but had a son together, Jordan. In 1997, she was briefly married to Doug Skrok. They had a son together, Ian. She made her livelihood in the service industry, waiting on people, something she loved to do. She had her own business for a time, Busy Bee Cleaning, and most recently worked at Sherrie's Place. Animals were also a very special part of her short life. She had several dogs, cats and a beloved bird, Roscoe, at the time of her death. She passed her love of animals on to her two sons. Survivors include her sons, Jordan and Ian, who will greatly miss her. She is also survived by her parents, Richard and Marianne Randel of Casper; sister, Leslie Devitt and her husband, Dave, of Bakersfield, Calif; brother, Richard, and his wife, Cindy, of Casper; nephew, Brian Devitt and his wife, Bailey; niece, Erin Wahl and her husband, Bryan, all of Bakersfield, Calif; niece, Alexa Randel and her children, Kameron and Kiyara and nephew, Gavin Williams, all of Casper. She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents. In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting memorials to a fund for her sons at WyHy Federal Credit Union, 1521 Centennial Ct., Casper, 82609; or contributions to Family Advocates, Self Help Center or the Casper Humane Society. on November 8, 2007.¹

     Anna M. Hart was buried at Liberal Cemetery, Liberal, Seward Co., Kansas.² She was born on September 4, 1935 at McPherson, McPherson Co., Kansas.^3,2 As of February 10, 1952,her married name was Swank.¹ She married Charles Jacob "Charlie" "Bo" Swank, son of Ezekial S. Swank and Evelyn Irene Leonard, on February 10, 1952 at Clayton, Union Co., New Mexico.^1,2 Anna M. Hart died on January 7, 2011 at Satanta, Haskell Co., Kansas, at age 75.^1,2,3 She Anna M. Swank, 75, died Friday, Jan. 7, 2011, at Satanta District Hospital. She was born Sept. 4, 1935, to Wilber L. and Lura M. KirHart in McPherson. She married Charles Swank Feb. 10, 1952, in Clayton, N.M. He survives. She attended Liberal High School. She and Charles owned and operated Swank Painting for more than 50 years. She is also survived one son, Jimmie Swank and wife, Karen, Liberal; one daughter, Charlotte Ward and husband, Gabe, Liberal; two sisters, Wilma Cothron and Bonnie Parkins, Liberal; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd with the Rev. Dr. Stephen Saville presiding. Burial will be at the Liberal Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Miller Mortuary. on January 12, 2011.²

     Edith Mae Furrow was buried at Mountain View Memorial Park (also known as Mountain View Burial Park), 5970 Grassy Hill Road, Boones Mill, Franklin Co., Virginia.^1,6 She was born on September 18, 1938 at Franklin Co., Virginia.^1,3,4,6 As of May 30, 1975,her married name was Jarrett.³ She married Ted Dillon Jarrett on May 30, 1975 at Henry Co., Virginia.^1,7,3 Edith Mae Furrow died on September 24, 2013 at Franklin Co., Virginia, at age 75.^1,8,6 She Edith Furrow Jarrett, 75, of Callaway, passed away Tuesday night, September 24, 2013. She was born September 18, 1938, the daughter of the late Alfred Dara "A.D." Furrow and Gertrude Lumpkins Furrow. She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church. She worked for 23 years at Eli Lily in Roanoke and also many years at M W Windows before retiring. Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Ted Jarrett, of Callaway; stepdaughter, Donna Barnes, of Pennsylvania; special nephew/grandson, Cody Boyd; lots of cousins and friends. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. on September 26, 2013.¹

     Ted Dillon Jarrett was buried at Mountain View Memorial Park (also known as Mountain View Burial Park), 5970 Grassy Hill Road, Boones Mill, Franklin Co., Virginia.^2,4 He was born on November 22, 1931 at West Virginia.^2,3,4 He married Edith Mae Furrow, daughter of Alfred Darrow Furrow and Susie Gertude Lumpkin, on May 30, 1975 at Henry Co., Virginia.^1,2,3 Ted Dillon Jarrett died on December 10, 2018 at Virginia at age 87.² He Ted Dillon Jarrett, 87, of Franklin County, Va. passed away Monday, December 10, 2018. He was born November 22, 1931, the son of the late Everett L. Jarrett and Jennie Dillon Jarrett. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Edith Furrow Jarrett; daughter, Donna J. Petty; two granddaughters; several siblings; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dara and Gertrude Furrow. Ted served in the United States Army from July 1950 until April 1954, he was Honorable Discharged with the rank of Corporal. He is survived by a son, Ted (Buddy) Jarrett, Jr. (Julia); three granddaughters, Jennie Rae Petty, Summer Jarrett, Ella Dawn Jarrett; sister, Ruth Clarke; several nieces and nephews; one cousin. We want to extend a special "Thanks" to Rocky Mount Health and Rehab where Ted resided since April 2014. Graveside services will be conducted at Mountain View Memorial Park, Boones Mill, Va. on December 12, 2018.²

     Clara Mary Quesenberry was buried at Sunset Cemetery, North Franklin Street, Christiansburg, Montgomery Co., Virginia.^4,5 She Clara Mary Troutt, June 5, 1939 - December 17, 2020. Clara Mary Trout "Mary", 81, of Blacksburg, passed away on December 17, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, George W. and Clara M. Quesenberry; brothers, William D. Quesenberry, George Quesenberry, Jr., Ralph N. Quesenberry, Selma H. Quesenberry, Clyde N. Quesenberry; and sister, Esther Q. Cannaday. Mary is survived by her siblings, Fred H. Quesenberry (Hazel), Jean Q. Stump (Earl), and Joyce Q. Jones (Wayne); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.⁴ She was born on June 5, 1939 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.^2,3,4,5,6 As of June 7, 1974,her married name was Troutt.² She married James Robert Troutt, son of Robert Nelson Troutt and Alice Estelle Sheppard, on June 7, 1974 at Pilot, Montgomery Co., Virginia.² Clara Mary Quesenberry and James Robert Troutt were divorced on October 16, 1981 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.³ Clara Mary Quesenberry died on December 17, 2020 at Blacksburg, Virginia, at age 81.^4,5

     Roy E. Leonard was buried at Fairview Cemetery, Melrose, Cherokee Co., Kansas.² He was born on August 25, 1934 at Oklahoma.^1,2,4 He died on July 28, 2007 at Kansas at age 72.^2,4,3 He Leonard, Roy, 72, retired truck driver, died July 28, 2007. Service 2 p.m. Saturday, Fairview Cemetery, Chetopa, Kan. Survivors: daughter, Kimberly Burton; sons, Carl & Bryon Leonard; brother, Richard Leonard; 10 grandchildren.
